FMG (MBBS) Provisional Registration

Candidate has to create their user account on www.gmconline.co.in for registration process.
All particulars shall be filled by the applicant only on online portal www.gmconline.co.in for registration process.
Candidate has to bring Printout of physically signed Application form along with below mentioned documents in original & one Xerox copy
- Print copy of Appointment details stating Payment Transaction ID number
- Proof of Birth date (Any one of the following)
  - School Leaving Certificate
  - S.S.C. Certificate or H.S.C Mark sheet mentioning your Birth Date
  - Birth Certificate
- Photo ID Proof (Any one of the Following)
  - Aadhar Card
  - Driving License
  - Passport
  - Pan card
- In case of change of name or surname Evidence required (Any one of the Following)
  - Gazette
  - Marriage Registration Certificate
  - Affidavit
- All Documents which you have passed from outside of India (Country’s language and English Version both)
- 10th , 11th & 12th Mark sheets
- 12 Months Internship order issued by the Dean of Medical College
- MCI Screening Test Result
- MCI Registration Certificate (if Registered at Medical Council of India)
- MCI Eligibility Certificate
Total Payment of Rs. 8300/- is to be made through Online payment Method
Certificate will be sent by Registered Post on the given address submitted by applicants Within 20 to 25 days
